On the game page for The Witcher 3 (Library/Witcher 3) you will see that there are DLCs. In the More/Configure menu you can choose Available Content, which will show the DLCs tick them, and Galaxy will download them automatically. Just an fyi, in my case at least Ive downloaded all updates dlc manually but gog still says game is 1.07 and still tries to download 17gb. Purchase the FREE DLC PROGRAM item from there (you will not be charged).
Go to gog.com, log in, go to account -> library, select Witcher 3 and download the patch manually. The mod adds the following enhancements to the game. Yes, I have installed all the patches and DLCs without galaxy. Patch 3.2 is a UI modification for the PC version of The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition.
